Rental Information
The Reif Center can be the perfect facility for a variety of events including:

The Reif Center will prepare a written estimate of rental costs upon request. Ticketing through the Reif Center's ticketing system entails additional fees.
Availability
The Reif Center is often booked months in advance. Please call the Reif Center's Technical Director, John Miller, at 218.327.5780, for availability.
Facilities
The Reif Center auditorium is a spacious 645 seat facility, with state of the art sound and lighting systems. A large 20' x 20' drop down screen and projector is available to use with VHS, DVD, or computer. Our Steinway Grand piano is available for recitals. The Reif Center is on school property, per state policy, alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited on site.
Our lobby area is available for receptions; food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium.
The Reif Center has three dance studios that are also available for rental. These are appropriate for smaller sit down meetings or meals.
Ticketing
All ticketed performances will be ticketed through the Reif Center Box Office. In addition to any fees assessed to ticket-purchasers, the renting organization will be assessed:
- $25 set-up charge
- 50 cents per ticket sold by the Reif/Reeds or online
- 10 cents per ticket for pre-printing blocks of tickets
Deposits
All rentals require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 10% of the total. All agreements on rental rates and facility use will be at the discretion of the Reif Arts Council and its President, who shall determine what is in the best interests of the Reif Arts Council.
