The script has been created through a combination of exhaustive research\, wording from actual letters sent from soldiers to their loved ones\, and verbatim language lifted from interviews conducted with veterans and their family members. \n“The American Soldier is a beautiful\, truthful\, important one-man show that celebrates Americans of every class\, ethnicity and race.
