The dastardly duo of Stefan Stickyfingers and his sister Clepto Cleo are running their gang of thieves in every neighborhood. “What’s Going On” is a concert experience that incorporates live music, narration and video to provide the audience a multi-media deep dive into the 60’s and early 70’s and the Vietnam War.
