SUPPORTING YOUR SAFETY AND WELLNESS

The health and safety of our guests, employees, volunteers, and vendors is our top priority. The following are the key aspects of our COVID-19 safety protocols to help prevent the spread of the virus as we keep our doors open to the public. Please note that certain events may have different policies that will be communicated to event attendees in advance, whenever possible. Please check our website frequently for current updates.

MASK POLICY

The Reif is dropping the masking requirement in our center effective immediately. This decision was made due to the low rating of COVID-19 cases in Itasca County. We have been consistent with following the Itasca County Public Health recommendations and feel this is the appropriate measure at this time.
People may choose to mask at any time.

UPDATES

Our website will continue to be updated as we gather new information. Please check back as the details and requirements for live performances are subject to change. We plan to share pertinent updates via email, mail and social media as new information or guidelines arise.

ENHANCED SANITIZING AND DISINFECTING

Our facility has increased the frequency of our already robust cleaning practices. We follow stringent cleaning guidelines throughout our entire building daily, including cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting.

Digital ticketing and use of credit cards are highly encouraged. This will allow our staff to complete transactions like ticket scanning with minimal contact.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

We ask that guests stay home if they are sick or exposed to COVID-19. Please contact the box office to donate your tickets or to request a Reif gift card for the amount of your purchase (all refunds are via Reif gift card only); requests must be made by or before October 31, 2021. Starting on November 1, 2021, all event tickets will be non-refundable as is consistent with our regular ticketing policy. If you cannot attend for any reason for events occurring November 1, 2021 or later,  you can donate your tickets back in exchange for a charitable donation receipt.

Contact the Box Office to make your request: 218-327-5780 or  boxoffice@reifcenter.org
