Marjie Shrimpton invites you to forget your troubles and join her for a night inspired by the legendary Grand Rapids native, Judy Garland. Weaving stories and songs from Judy’s life and her own, throughout the evening Marjie will attempt to answer the big question: “What Would Judy Do” (or sing) if she were trying to chase our cares away in 2018? Directed and co-conceived by Michael Pesce, accompanied by Grand Rapids’s own Susan Hoolihan, and featuring local guests.

Marjie premiered What Would Judy Do? in January 2018 to a sold-out audience at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre in New York, NY.
