Daichi No Kai – Drummers from Kobe Japan

True Hope Ministries is happy to bring Christian artist John Tibbs back to the Reif stage. Hailing from the Midwest, John Tibbs has built his success the old-school way, by playing shows, writing great songs, and truly caring about those he meets along the way.
In 2016, John released his debut full-length, Dead Man Walking, to great critical acclaim. Reviewers said about the album, “with shades of Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp and Creedence Clearwater Revival, the heartland rock Tibbs traffics in is just right for the weightier, darker side of the redemption story.”
In 3 years, John has toured over 500 dates all over the U.S. amidst these releases as well as co-penning songs with writers and artists like Dave Barnes, Matt Maher, Michael Farren, and Paul Mabury. Be on the lookout, as he does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
John currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Emily and their dog, Lady.

Derek Charles Johnson is a Christ-follower. Worship leader, blogger, and songwriter raising in Spring Hill, Tennessee. His musical style blend accoustic-driven and synth-laden melodies alongside warm, rich vocals. This Duluth, Minnesota native had been on stage at the City on the Hill music festival, and it is a treat to bring him to the Reif stage as well!

Steve Smith, better known as Red Green, from the beloved Gemini Award-winning comedy series The Red Green Show, is taking the show to the road in 2019 for his “This Could Be It” tour. The name says it all: Potentially Red Green’s last tour as he heads out on the road to hold ‘Lodge Meetings’ all over North America. This might be your last opportunity to catch Red live before he takes a long look at his birth certificate and decides not to keep pushing his luck.
This one man show features some brand new handyman projects, advice to married guys and teenage boys, tips on getting old, an apology to the world on behalf of all baby boomers, with special contributions from Harold and a couple of other cast members, talking animals, and a final wish from Red to all of his loyal fans.
ABOUT RED:
Self appointed master handyman and outdoorsman and a weekly participant in Canada’s socialized medical system. The Ambassador for Scotch Brand Duct Tape and a firm believer that no repair job should outlive you. Hates information but loves his own point of view. Likes taking things that were intended for one purpose and using them for something completely different. Oblivious to failure. (That could all change once he experiences success). Either the youngest old man or oldest young man you will ever meet.
Born December 24, 1945 to mixed parents. Canadian. Male (except for the two weeks after the bicycle crossbar incident) Married to Bernice for 42 years. Right after he met his nephew Harold he made the decision not to have children. Has been leader of Possum Lodge since the late 70’s. Does not receive a salary but has access to petty cash. Does not have significant formal education but has access to petty opinions. Retired in 2006 when he ran out of ideas. Rejoined the workforce in 2009 when he ran out of money. 2019 is likely his last year of touring.

A native of the northern Minnesota logging town of Bemidji, Brian Miller teams up with Wisconsinite Randy Gosa to perform the Irish-influenced music of men who roamed the Great Lakes region in the days when pine was king. Miller and Gosa are both renowned in the Irish traditional music world for their work with top artists (including Bua and Myserk) in the US and Ireland. As a duo, they mix a passion for Northwoods history and folklore with their finely honed approach to song-arrangement to bring this rich but under-explored music to life.

Superior Siren released the debut, full-length, self-titled album on January 12, 2018. The collection of songs, written by Laura Sellner, portrays the waves of raw emotion and alluring intensity that lives within the music. The album features four songs previously released on the solo Superior Siren EP ‘Lotus in the Muck.’ Those tracks have since grown in captivation with the addition of cellist Rachel Gobin, bassist Nyssa Krause, and drummer Emma Deaner.
